Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN with a minimum of 2 years of ER experience and prior travel assignment history for a Night shift contract position.

Requirements include an active RN license (TN or Compact) with BLS, ACLS and PALS; ENPC/TNCC preferred. Shifts are nights 3×12 hours (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with a 1:4 patient ratio, no on-call, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (TN or Compact)
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• ENPC and TNCC certifications preferred
• Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Epic charting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital environment
• Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• No on-call responsibilities
• Must be able to work weekends based on unit needs
• May be asked to precept other staff
• Facility uses Paragon charting system
• No RTO permitted from 2/08/27 - 3/31/27 due to Epic implementation
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Travel pairs allowed
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
