Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Director Long Term Care for an 8-week assignment in Farmington, Maine. The DON will lead the LTC nursing team, oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with physicians and administration to deliver high-quality resident care.

Requirements: RN license in good standing; at least 1 year of DON experience; current BLS or CPR; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Requires ability to read/write English and communicate effectively.
• Must hold an active RN license and BLS/CPR certification.
