Job summary

Qualifications
- One year of recent RN experience in a long-term care setting.
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health, monitor changes, and act to ensure well‑being.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans with residents and families.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Observe for reactions and report concerns to the healthcare provider.
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
- Document care, progress, and health changes promptly.
