Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Long Term Care is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Gorham, Maine. This 8-week assignment offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and a supportive team in a facility setting.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of LTC RN experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS is preferred. Travel pay and comprehensive benefits accompany a dedicated clinical support network.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health, monitor for changes, and take action to ensure well-being.
• Develop and update personalized care plans with residents and care teams.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Observe for medication reactions and report concerns to providers.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, delegating appropriately.
