Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in Tennessee.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Valid CPR certification.

• Optional initial or refresher training in correctional health.

• Minimum of 2 years of corrections or psychiatric nursing experience.

• Background clearance to work in a secure environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under security measures with a guard present during shifts.
