Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN for a 13-week assignment in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of cath lab experience, MA RN licensure, and proficiency in moderate sedation.

Telemetry interpretation skills and experience with IABP, Swan-Ganz catheters, and Impella are required. The role features 10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, 40 hours per week, with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required.
• Moderate sedation experience required.
• Experience with IABP intra-procedure, Swan Ganz catheters, and Impella required.
• Must independently read and interpret telemetry strips and pass a Tele test with 85% or better on day one.
• Critical Care, Level I Trauma, or Neuro experience preferred.
• IR and procedural experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cath Lab unit within a hospital setting.
• 10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, no weekends.
• 40 hours per week schedule.
• On-call responsibilities required.
• Provide direct patient care in the Cath Lab performing cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Must reside within 50 miles of the facility to qualify for the local rate.
• First-time travelers may be considered.
