Job summary

TalentBurst, Inc. is seeking an on-site RN for the Cardiac Cath Lab at HCA Florida Blake Hospital in Bradenton, FL. The role covers diagnostic and interventional cath procedures and a mix of day/night shifts with on-call for emergent cases.

Must have Cardiac Cath, CRM and PV experience; EP/ABL experience preferred. The team size includes 1 Director and several RNs and techs. EMR systems MacLab and Meditech are used.

Qualifications

• Must have Cardiac Cath, CRM & PV Experience.
• EP/ABL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic and interventional Cath procedures (cardiac).
• Support peripheral vascular interventions and device implants (pacers/ICDs).
• Participate in EP/ABL cases when assigned.
• Maintain documentation in MacLab and Meditech EMR.

• Number of Beds - 5 procedure suites

Number of Staff 1 Director, 1 CNC, 4.6 staff RNs and 5 techs

• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift Everyone
  • Night Shift - On Call Crew only for emergent cases

Patient Ratios 1 PT: 3-4 staff members

• Type of equipment Shockwave, Laser, CSI, Penumbra, IABP, Impella, Rotoblator...

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Must have Cardiac Cath, CRM & PV Experience
