American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to join the Care Management unit in a hospital setting in Florida. The role requires 2+ years of case management and acute care experience, with active Florida or compact RN licensure and Nursys verification.

Responsibilities include coordinating care across hospital departments, traveling to sister campuses as needed, and ensuring residency within 50 miles of the facility. Orientation and interviews are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Active FL or compact RN license with Nursys verification on profile.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of case management experience.
• Acute care experience required.
• Nursing degree accreditation documented or 5 years of experience.
• Driver's license address must match Board of Nursing address.

Responsabilités

• Care Management unit within a hospital setting.
• 12-hour evening shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM.
• Three shifts per week with an additional 8-hour shift every other week (11:00 AM to 7:30 PM).
• Floating to sister campuses required, with travelers prioritized for floating assignments.
• Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility, with strict verification of residency and property ownership.
• Interview process includes an HWL prescreen interview followed by a manager final interview.
• Orientation begins on a Friday, with remote orientation and an in-person visit required for badge/ID.
• All requested time off must be submitted prior to consideration, as facility will not approve RTO afterward.
• No block scheduling requests accepted.
• Travelers are expected to function as core staff and integrate fully into unit culture.
• Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start date with no exceptions for pending documentation.
