Job summary

Broadway Home Care NC LLC in North Carolina is seeking a PRN RN to travel to client homes for initial admissions and ongoing assessments. You will evaluate patient conditions, document findings, and update care plans in collaboration with patients and families, under supervision.

Flexibility is required to work a variable schedule, some nights and weekends, with travel across Wake, Orange, Durham, Johnson, and Nash counties. Direct deposit and a supportive team culture are provided.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted NC Licensed Registered Nurse
• Current CPR certification
• TB Test

Responsibilities

• Perform Initial Admissions and follow-up visits via Assessments at client homes.
• Evaluate patient’s condition and document findings under Nursing Supervisor guidance.
• Update Patient Care Plan with patient and family to support needs and resolutions.
