Job summary

Assignments run 8, 10, or 13 weeks depending on facility needs. You will perform plan of care, monitor patient conditions, coordinate across disciplines, educate patients and families, and advocate for patients’ well‑being.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Current state nursing license.
• Certifications as required for specific position.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Adherence to code of conduct and compliance policies.
• Clear English reading, writing, speaking and comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care interventions, including meds administration and documentation.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates to care team and family.
• Collaborate across disciplines for patient transfer, discharge, and support needs.
• Educate patients and families appropriate to age, culture, and condition.
• Advocate for the patient’s physical and emotional well‑being.
