Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND. The role involves using the nursing process to provide individualized care and collaborating with physicians and the care team across the patient continuum.

The contract spans 14 weeks with potential to extend or relocate to another Sanford site. Weekly pay includes stipend, and Sanford Benefits apply; licensure requirements include an active RN license and possibly multistate

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license or multistate licensure under NLC.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, assess patients, provide education, triage, and perform nursing interventions.
