Job summary

Solutions By Sanford in Fargo, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments. You will provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient care across all phases of the care continuum.

The role requires at least one year of RN experience, including six months of travel experience, and an active RN license. Contracts run for 14 weeks with potential extension and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient assessment, education and triage across care settings.
