Solutions By Sanford in Fargo, ND is seeking registered nurses for travel assignments across the Sanford system. Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate license.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, education, triage and nursing interventions across settings.
