Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel assignment at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. The RN will perform assessments, planning, and direct patient care in collaboration with physicians and the care team across shifts.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and at least one year of nursing experience with six months of travel experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where practice occurs.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across patient populations.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, education, triage and other nursing interventions.
• Comply with the Nurse Practice Act and applicable rules and standards of practice.
