Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care across prevention, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate patient education, triage and interventions.
