Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. Collaborates with physicians and other professionals to plan, implement and evaluate care, moving patients along the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA credentials noted.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, patient assessment, education, triage and interventions.
