Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a merchandiser to manage project-based displays and ensure brand visuals align with planograms. You will travel to stores, set up displays, and report hours through a mobile or web portal.

Responsibilities include reporting progress to District Manager, maintaining certifications, and building strong relationships with store staff during daytime hours. The role may involve occasional evenings or weekends and requires reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with store teams.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations within designated area.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising activities including planogram implementations, resets, display setups, product cut-ins, audits, stocking shelves, light dusting and cleaning on completed sets, retagging, and product rotation for brands
• Participate in ensuring store appearance and merchandise displays are in line with planograms
• Accurately report daily hours worked via an online portal accessible with a smartphone, computer, or tablet
• Maintaining retailer‑specific online certifications as necessary
• Photograph finished assignments and report them to your District Manager after completion
• Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours
• Adapt to changing work schedule (occasional evenings or weekends; some projects allow self-scheduling)
