Job summary

Channel Partners seeks a merchandiser for project-based work to ensure products and displays attract shoppers and engage store managers. You will travel across the designated area to install planograms, rotate products, and maintain store appearance.

You’ll report hours via a mobile-friendly portal, keep retailer certifications current, and photograph completed sets for the District Manager. This role may require evenings or weekends and involves some travel.

Qualifications

• Must have own reliable transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles to multiple locations in the designated area.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and Channel Partners management.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read diagrams or instructions and use hand tools.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising activities including planogram implementations, resets, display setups, product cut-ins, audits, stocking shelves, light dusting and cleaning on completed sets, retagging, and product rotation.
• Participate in ensuring store appearance and merchandise displays are in line with planograms.
• Accurately report daily hours worked via an online portal accessible with a smartphone, computer, or tablet.
• Maintaining retailer-specific online certifications as necessary.
• Photograph finished assignments and report them to your District Manager after completion.
• Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
• Adapt to changing work schedule (occasionally evenings or weekends; some projects allow you to create your own schedule).
