Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a retail merchandiser to perform planogram-based merchandising across multiple locations. You will set up displays, rotate products, and ensure displays meet brand standards.

Travel is required within a 30–60 mile radius; you will report hours online and maintain store certifications. The role offers flexible hours with some evening or weekend shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to travel 30–60 miles to multiple locations in the designated area.
• Capable of communicating effectively with customers, team members, and Channel Partners management.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read diagrams or instructions and use hand tools as necessary.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising activities including planograms implementations, resets, display setups, product cut-ins, audits, stocking shelves, light dusting and cleaning on completed sets, retagging, and product rotation.
• Ensure store appearance and merchandise displays align with planograms.
• Accurately report daily hours worked via online portal accessible with a smartphone, computer, or tablet.
• Maintain retailer-specific online certifications as necessary.
• Photograph completed assignments and report them to your District Manager after completion.
• Partner with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
• Adapt to changing work schedule; occasional evenings or weekends shifts may be required.
