Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking a merchandiser to perform planogram implementations, resets, displays, and stock rotations across assigned retail locations, building strong relationships with store managers and ensuring compelling product presentations.

You will report hours via a mobile portal, enjoy a weekly pay schedule, and may travel 30–60 miles to multiple stores. A reliable vehicle, 18+ years old, and good communication are required.

Qualifications

• Own reliable transportation to travel 30–60 miles to multiple locations.
• Effective communication with customers, team members, and management.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read diagrams or instructions and use hand tools as necessary.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising activities including planogram implementations, resets, display setups, product cut-ins, audits, stocking shelves, light cleaning on completed sets, retagging, and product rotation.
• Ensure store appearance and merchandise displays align with planograms.
• Accurately report daily hours worked via an online portal accessible with a smartphone, computer, or tablet.
• Maintain retailer-specific online certifications as necessary.
• Photograph finished assignments and report them to your District Manager after completion.
• Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
• Adapt to changing work schedule (occasional evenings or weekends; some projects allow flexible scheduling).
