American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for adult respiratory care services requiring an active NV RRT license and 2+ years of specialty experience.

Contract emphasizes a 13-week travel assignment and EPIC charting with orientation support. Travel terms include a minimum commitment to holidays and a required RTO clause for prior travelers.

Qualifications

• Active NV RRT license required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience within the respiratory therapy specialty.
• Minimum of one recent 13-week travel assignment within the past year required prior to consideration.
• AHA certifications required; CPI certification required for behavioral/psych cases.
• License required if applicable

Responsibilities

• Adult patient population within a Respiratory Care Services department.
• 13-week contract length.
• Uses EPIC for charting, with training provided during orientation or option to test out.
• No blocked scheduling permitted.
• Must be willing to work a minimum of 2 major holidays.
• Returning travelers must have a 13-week break after completing a prior contract before being eligible again.
• Requested time off (RTO) must be included at time of consideration and will not be added to the end of the contract.
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted
