Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) for a night shift travel assignment requiring 2+ years of experience in the service line and neonatal experience. The position involves a 13-week travel assignment in the Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics department, with night shifts (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) and weekend coverage.

Responsibilities include ventilator management, airway management, pulmonary function testing, and medication delivery across neonate to adult critical care

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in the Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics service line.
Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, CRT, RRT certifications.
Experience with neonates required.

Responsibilities

13-week travel assignment in the Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics department.
Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
Weekend coverage included.
Cares for patients of all ages, including neonates.
Ventilator management, airway management, pulmonary function testing, and medication delivery.
Neonatal/pediatric procedures including CPAP/BIPAP, intubation assistance, and blood gas sampling.
