Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare in Willits, California is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for a travel assignment starting 09/28/2026. The 13-week contract features 3 x 12-hour day shifts and 48 guaranteed hours per week, with adult and geriatric patient care in a critical access hospital setting.

Requires California RCP license, NBRC credentials, BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS, and Epic EMR experience; bachelor's degree or higher preferred. Travel support provided.

Qualifications

• RRT/CRT certification and RCP licensure in California.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS certifications required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs and determine appropriate respiratory therapies.
• Administer aerosolized and oxygen therapies; document delivery.
• Care for ventilated patients and monitor status.
• Perform arterial blood gas draws and document results.
• Support operations, train new staff, maintain records and charges.
• Collaborate with care team and document in Epic.
