The candidate should have a AA in Respiratory Therapy and at least 2 years of experience, plus ACLS, PALS, NRP and BLS certifications. WA license may be required. No on-call and a 60-mile radius restriction apply to this assignment.

Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a day shift position at a Level II trauma teaching hospital.

Details

• Work in the Cardiopulmonary department covering ICU, MedSurg, NICU, and ER floors
• 110-bed facility treating all patient populations including neonate through adult
• Responds to codes for patients of all ages, neonate through adult
• Uses PB980, EV300, and Airvo equipment
• Patient ratios vary by unit
• Day shift schedule with every other weekend required
• No call requirements

Requirements

• AA in Respiratory Therapy required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Current certifications required: ACLS, PALS, NRP, and BLS
• WA license required if applicable
• ICU and NICU experience preferred
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

• Candidates must live 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel assignment
