Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a Rehab RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Chesterfield, MO. You will provide comprehensive rehabilitative nursing care, perform assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery.

Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a Rehab RN.
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
Responsibilities
- Complete nursing assessment of patients on the unit and document appropriately.
- Prepare patients for surgery and educate on procedures and post-operative care.
- Coordinate holistic patient care including mobility support, rehab exercises, and ADLs.
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapies and document progress.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments with proper documentation and safety compliance.
- Maintain clean, stocked patient rooms to support rehabilitation care.
- Assist with safe patient transport to therapy sessions or other areas as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards.
