Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is looking for a Rehabilitation RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Rochester, Minnesota. You will assess patients, implement care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help patients regain function and independence.

The role requires 1 year of Rehab RN experience, valid RN license, and BLS certification; ACLS/NIHSS are preferred. Travel benefits and comprehensive medical coverage accompany the position.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Rehab RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• ACLS certification (preferred).
• NIHSS certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and document in patient records.
• Prepare patients for surgery and educate on procedures and postoperative care.
• Coordinate holistic rehab care including mobility support and ADLs per care plans.
• Monitor patient responses to therapies and document progress.
• Administer medications and treatments per safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, stocked environment and assist with patient transport.
