Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with ICU experience for a night shift travel assignment requiring current RRT credential and VA state license.

Details

• Respiratory Therapy Unit within a 430-bed hospital
• Staffs approximately 25 team members across day and night shifts
• Normal floor assignment of 20-25 treatments per round
• Equipment used includes oxygen delivery systems, BIPAP/CPAP, ventilators, nebulizers, and blood gas machines
• EMR system used is Meditech
• Night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Rotating weekend requirement
• On-call expectation of approximately one 24-hour shift every 5-6 weeks
• 13-week assignment length
