Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: Skilled Nursing

Requirements

• Certifications: BLS (Required)
• Experience:
• 1 year of nursing experience required
• Nursing home experience preferred
• Must be able to pass meds, perform wound/foley/ostomy care, and supervise CNAs/TMAs
• Travel Experience: Not required
• Licensure: Must have a valid license to submit
• Radius Rule:
• No candidates within 50 miles
• No current or recent (within 1 year) full-time, part-time, or PRN staff from CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health
