Our client, a health insurance company, is seeking a Registered Nurse-Review Analyst for their remote team.

Requirements

1. Strong clinical background with the ability to critically evaluate clinical data and medical records for accuracy and compliance with utilization management and clinical decision support for Medicare Advantage members.
2. Attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly in reviewing medical documents across multiple programs.
3. Proficiency in various software tools and platforms for data analysis and reporting.
4. Certification in Case Management or Utilization Review, with experience in post-acute care settings such as Skilled Nursing Facilities, Long Term Acute Care, or Home Health Care.
5. Time management skills to handle multiple reviews and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. State of Michigan RN License, with at least an Associate degree or higher.
