Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR)
Location: Carlsbad, NM
Shift: Days - 0700-1530, Monday-Friday

As an RN in the OR, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing surgery, assisting the surgical team, and ensuring patient safety throughout the perioperative process.

Qualifications:

1. Required: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
2. Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
3. Previous experience in the OR or a related clinical setting preferred, but not required.
4. Familiarity with MedHost (Inpatient) and PICIS (OR) EMR systems a plus, but we’ll provide training if needed.
5. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
6. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
