Position Purpose:

What you will do:

• Be willing and qualified to float throughout the hospital and/or across multiple hospital locations and regions.

• Understand and demonstrate standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.

• Act independently and appropriately within your license, scope of knowledge, and experience in your practice area.

• Maintain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality improvement practices and outcomes.

• Show agility and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities.

• Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.

• Minimum of 24 months of recent clinical experience in OR or CVOR.

• Credentials required for your specialty area (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS) must be obtained through the American Heart Association and maintained.
