Position Purpose: Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for premium compensation and maximum flexibility? Explore FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution! FirstChoice RNs are utilized to fill short and long-term assignments throughout the health system, and we need you to be a part of this innovative program! What you will do:

• Be willing to float throughout the hospital and/or across multiple hospital locations and regions.
• Understand and demonstrate standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within your license, scope of knowledge, and experience.
• Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement practices.
• Show agility and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities.
• Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s).
• Minimum of 24 months of recent clinical experience in OR or CVOR.
• Maintain required credentials (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS) through the American Heart Association.

Pay Range:

• OR: $37.44/hr + Tax-Free Allowance if qualified
• CVOR: $50.44/hr + Tax-Free Allowance if qualified
