Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for FirstChoice mobile staffing assignments across MercyOne Genesis Aledo Medical Center and surrounding facilities. Night shift, 3x12s, with travel and per diem opportunities.

Premium pay and flexible scheduling available to fit your life and licensure requirements. Roles involve float across locations, independent practice within licensure, and ongoing credential maintenance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure authorized in applicable state(s).
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience across specialties.
• Credentials required per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations or regions as needed.
• Apply nursing process: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within licensure and scope of knowledge.
• Delegate and own decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Adapt to new ideas and manage multiple priorities.

Position Purpose

What you will do

• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions

• Knows, understands, incorporates & demonstrates standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate

• Acts independently & appropriately within license, scope of knowledge & experience in practice area

• Retains accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.

• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.

• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Pay Range: $31.67-$36.00 per hour + Tax Free Allowance if Qualified or $65 per hour for local
Actual compensation offered will be within the range stated above but vary based on factors including experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, and certification requirements, as well as comparisons to current colleagues in similar roles.
