Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for mobile staffing assignments across MercyOne Genesis Silvis Medical Center and other sites. You will float between units and locations, delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to professional standards.

This Full-time, 12 Hour Night Shift role offers premium pay, flexible scheduling, travel and per diem opportunities, and supportive resources for licenses and certifications, with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN license in applicable state(s).
• Minimum two years of recent clinical experience across specialties (CCU, Surgical, Maternal, ED, Behavioral Health).
• Maintains required credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc.). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be through AHA.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital units and locations as needed.
• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Act independently within license and scope of practice.
• Maintain accountability for decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvements.

What you will do

• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions
• Knows, understands, incorporates & demonstrates standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate
• Acts independently & appropriately within license, scope of knowledge & experience in practice area

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Pay Range: $35.67-$39.00 per hour + Tax Free Allowance if Qualified

Actual compensation offered will be within the range stated above but vary based on factors including experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, and certification requirements, as well as comparisons to current colleagues in similar roles.
