Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for mobile staffing assignments across MercyOne Genesis Silvis Medical Center and related facilities. These RN roles offer premium pay, flexible scheduling, travel opportunities, and exposure to diverse clinical settings.

Position emphasizes leadership experience, critical care backgrounds, and the ability to float across locations while maintaining professional practice standards and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s).
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience in various specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Prior leadership/supervisory experience required; credentials per specialty (ACLS/TNCC/etc) and BLS/ACLS/PALS through American Heart Association.

• Float across hospital locations/regions as needed.
• Apply standards of professional practice: Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate.

Position Purpose:

What you will do:

• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions
• Knows, understands, incorporates & demonstrates standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate
• Acts independently & appropriately within license, scope of knowledge & experience in practice area
• Retains accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes
• Collaborates with key stakeholders & contributes to quality & improvement practices & outcomes

Minimum Qualifications:

Pay Range: $40.67 per hour + Tax Free Allowance if Qualified or $71 per hour for local

Actual compensation offered will be within the range stated above but vary based on factors including experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, and certification requirements, as well as comparisons to current colleagues in similar roles.
