Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for FirstChoice, its mobile staffing program. RNs will be deployed across hospital locations regionally with flexible scheduling and premium pay as part of a national travel nursing initiative.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program graduate, valid RN licensure in applicable states, and 2+ years of recent clinical experience across specialties. BLS/ACLS/PALS per American Heart Association are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• Minimum two years of recent clinical experience across specialties.
• Credentials per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC).
• BLS, ACLS and PALS obtained through American Heart Association.

What you will do

1. Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions
2. Knows, understands, incorporates & demonstrates standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate
3. Acts independently & appropriately within license, scope of knowledge & experience in practice area
4. Retains accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc).
• BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Position Details

Location: MercyOne Genesis Aledo Medical Center Start Date: ASAP Weeks: 13 Hours: 3x12 Shift: Nights Gross Weekly Rate: $2556.00

Pay Range

Pay Range: $31.67-$36.00 per hour + Tax Free Allowance if Qualified or $65 per hour for local Actual compensation offered will be within the range stated above but vary based on factors including experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, and certification requirements, as well as comparisons to current colleagues in similar roles.
