Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases in the OR.
• Scrub and circulate for surgical cases as assigned.
• Maintain sterile technique, instrument counts, and proper equipment readiness.
• Monitor patient status intraoperatively, communicate with the surgical team and anesthesia.
• Administer medications per policy and document in the electronic health record (EPIC).
• Support OR workflow for ortho, spine, and robotics procedures; ensure patient safety and smooth handoffs.
