Responsabilités

• Supervise and direct activities of various nursing staff levels, ensuring appropriate delegation and supervision.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent discretion.
• Maintain accurate documentation, perform ongoing patient assessments, and update care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety, continuity of care, and adherence to perioperative standards.
• Adhere to policies and procedures specific to the assignment and participate in unit orientation as needed.
