Healthforce is seeking a Registered Nurse for an OR travel assignment in Atlanta, Georgia. Start date 11/16/2026 for 13 weeks, with 4x10-hour days. Weekly pay is $2,250–$2,299. Setting: hospital-based OR. Requires active Georgia RN license and OR/perioperative experience.

Responsibilities include perioperative care across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases, collaboration with the surgical team, and on-call coverage as needed. Benefits and support provided by Healthforce.

Formación

• Active Registered Nurse license (Georgia).
• OR nursing experience; level 1 trauma experience preferred.
• Strong skills in neuro and vascular perioperative care.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Workday, and Shift Wizard; ability to access required apps and systems.
• Availability for call, weekends, and holidays per assignment requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity OR environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide perioperative nursing care for surgical patients across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases in the OR.
• Maintain sterile technique, assist with instrumentation, positioning, and equipment readiness; support anesthesia team as needed.
• Monitor patient status intraoperatively, respond to changes, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with the surgical team, surgeons, and ancillary staff; assist with trauma and high-acuity cases as indicated.
• Participate in on-call, weekend, and holiday coverage as required; adhere to skill checklists and credentialing standards.
• Document care and patient outcomes in the appropriate electronic systems; access scheduling and resources using Outlook, Workday, and Shift Wizard as needed.
