Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel RN for Med/Surg Telemetry in Goldsboro, NC. This assignment requires an NC or compact RN license, at least one year of nursing experience, and a nursing diploma or ADN from an accredited program. BLS is required.

The role supports medical/surgical and telemetry units in a hospital staffing pool, with 12-hour night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am and a 36-hour work week. Travel perks and licensure reimbursements are included.

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring a NC or compact RN license and recent nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is within a hospital staffing pool supporting medical/surgical and telemetry units
• Provides care for adult med/surg and telemetry patient populations
• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am, three shifts per week
• Responsible for clinical patient care, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to plan and deliver appropriate patient care
• Performs patient and family education and supports discharge planning
• Participates in continuing education and professional development opportunities
• Contributes to a safe, clean, and secure hospital environment
• Participation in unit goals and performance improvement activities is expected

Requirements
