American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for Med/Surg Telemetry in Goldsboro, NC on a 12-hour night shift. This role requires an active NC or compact RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience.

The travel position includes shifts on the Med/Surg Telemetry unit with comprehensive benefits and stipends. Responsibilities include patient care coordination, adherence to nursing standards, education of patients and families, and participation in discharge planning.

Formación

• Active RN license for North Carolina or a compact state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN from an accredited school of Nursing.

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position on a night shift, requiring a NC or compact RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based Med/Surg Telemetry unit located on the 6th floor
• Patient population includes Med/Surg and telemetry cases
• Night shift schedule from 7:00pm to 7:00am, three 12-hour shifts per week
• Coordinate and deliver patient care using the nursing process and relevant professional standards
• Perform bedside point of care testing as required for patient care plans
• Participate in the development and evaluation of patient care with the interdisciplinary team
• Promote a safe, clean, and secure hospital environment
• Support patient and family education and discharge planning
• May participate in unit goals and performance improvement activities
