The role requires an active CA RN license, BSN preferred, and Epic experience. You may float to Med Surg and Telemetry units as needed, with vaccinations possibly required and full credentialing support provided.

• Supervises and directs activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; delegate appropriately and coordinate duties with the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and treatment teams; provide health information and participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Document accurately in the electronic health record; participate in patient education and ensure smooth transitions of care.
