Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs, identify changes in condition, and respond to clinical alarms and emergent situations
• Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and case managers to develop and adjust care plans; participate in discharge planning and patient education
• Adhere to hospital policies, patient safety protocols, and AHA BLS guidelines; document accurately and timely
