Qualifications

• California RN license in good standing.
• BSN preferred; ADN or diploma with ICU experience considered.
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required; TNCC preferred.
• Minimum two years of recent nursing experience; ICU experience preferred (1 year minimum).
• EPIC experience required.
• Ability to work night shifts and participate in a travel assignment in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to standards of care and nursing process.
• Monitor patient condition, perform assessments, interpret data, and respond to changes in status.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at multiple levels; delegate tasks appropriately.
• Document care and patient progress in the electronic health record; ensure safety, accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient/family education to support continuity of care.
