Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients in the ICU, including hemodynamic status, ventilator support, and vasoactive medication administration
• Administer prescribed medications and interventions, ensuring correct dosing, timing, and documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Perform accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatments, response to therapy, and outcomes in the patient record
• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge planning
• Maintain adherence to infection control, safety, and quality improvement standards to support positive patient outcomes

Requirements
