Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse for an ICU travel assignment in Austell, GA. The 13-week contract starts 09/28/2026 with nights (12-hour shifts) and weekly pay. Inpatient ICU setting, strong clinical skills, and GA licensure eligibility are required.

Responsibilities include critical care monitoring, meds administration, team collaboration, and family education. Housing, 24/7 recruiter support, and extension opportunities are available as part of the assignment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia or eligibility for licensure by endorsement.
• ICU/critical care competence required for ICU setting.
• Able to work night 12-hour shifts in a high-acuity environment.
• Willing to commit to a 13-week travel assignment.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients in the ICU with hemodynamic status and ventilator support.
• Administer prescribed medications with correct dosing and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and the team to develop individual care plans.
• Document assessments, treatments, responses, and outcomes promptly.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge.
• Maintain infection control, safety, and quality standards.
