Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and coordinated nursing care for patients in the ER according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Assess patient needs, plan and implement care, document progress, and adjust plans as needed
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across multiple levels to ensure safe, efficient care
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members and other services to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and respond promptly with appropriate interventions
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and quality standards through vigilant practice and adherence to policies

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license for practice in the applicable location
• ER nursing experience or demonstrated ability to provide high-acuity, emergent care
• Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts
• Willingness to participate in a travel, temporary assignment
• Eligibility to work in the United States and readiness for a 13-week contract
