Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a fast‑paced MS/Tele-ER border role. The position requires providing care in a high‑volume setting, attending to a variety of patient diagnoses as part of a multidisciplinary team. The average daily census ranges from a minimum of 10 to up to 40 borders, with an emphasis on complex ED admission cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients in the MS/Tele-ER border area.
• Monitor patients and manage interventions based on assessment and clinical protocols.
• Float between emergency departments and medical/surgical/telemetry units as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including respiratory services, social services, and pharmacy.
