Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Travel RN for a 6pm-6am overnight shift in Taos, NM. This overnight travel assignment offers a weekly rate with an additional housing stipend, supporting comprehensive patient care in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

  • Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
  • Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
  • Documents any change in patient’s conditions including nutrition, infections, skin issues, weight loss, or other noticeable changes.
  • Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs.
  • Document and notify applicable departments of any patient’s room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
  • Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.

Education

RN license NM/compact

Seeking Travel RN to work our 6pm-6am overnight shift.

Rate of Pay:

  • $2,575 weekly ($50-$55 / HR + $1,500 housing stipend)

We are looking for a friendly Licensed Vocational Nurse who will render nursing care within the scope of practice to ensure patient’s needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies as well as state, federal and local guidelines.
