Millennium Health is seeking a Full-Time Female Specimen Collector II in Mansfield, OH. The role requires observed collections of gender identified patients, travel to multiple facilities, and delivering excellent care to patients and clinicians.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months specimen collection or 1+ year in medical field, 2+ years of customer service, and strong tech skills. A valid driver’s license and HIPAA compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of specimen collection experience or 1+ years in medical field
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Proficient smartphone and computer use
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• HIPAA, confidentiality and compliance awareness

Responsabilités

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid specimens
• Process and package collections for shipping
• Serve as intermediary between practice/clinic and laboratory
• Record patient information, physician order details, and laboratory information
• Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portal
• Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite
• Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens
• Driving to facilities may be required and occasional overnight coverage
